I am an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with a BACP accredited MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy from University of West of England. I am passionate about supporting people to help understand themselves and their lives. Gaining insight into ourselves can help alleviate distress and develop self-compassion. Through insights gained in therapy we can grow to accept ourselves as we are. I am an empathic, skilled professional that will support you to find your way. There's no pressure or expectation but space to explore yourself and make sense of where you have been and where you would like to go.
